It has begun. There goes the water.  There goes the fishing.

They’re letting out all the water in order to repair the dam. Let me see if I can find some dam photos… Nope. Anyway, what’s supposed to happen is that the empty lake will freeze all the unwanted aquatic plants and our weedy lake will be clearer. Let’s hope.

Then a 5 year stocking plan. Yikes! I’ll be 70 when they finish. 5 years is too much time these days. I think in a year they will start filling the lake again. It will be interesting to watch.
